Date for Trust Annual General Meeting

Formal notice has now been sent to all of our current Trust Members cordially inviting them to our Annual General Meeting that will be held on Sunday 13 August at the 1883 Club Bar, Tiger Turf Stadium, starting at 2pm.

All members should now have received confirmation separately by email or post. Please contact us if you believe you are a current member and have not received this message.

The meeting will be chaired by Trust chairman Robin Mogg  and Tom Webb, the Trust's Honory President, has kindly also agreed to join us.

Under the Trust's rules, board members must stand down after 2 years service though they are entitled to seek re-election.  Any current member aged 16 or over who wishes to serve on the Trust's Board is warmly invited to stand for election. This can be done at the AGM where you will need a proposer and seconder who must be current Trust members, or by email to the Trust Secretary stating your name and including the names of your proposer and seconder. 

After the formal business of the AGM we also hope to be joined for an open question and answer session by guests including Football Club chairman Patrick Chambers, operations manager Nicky Chambers, and members of the first team management team.
