Tom Webb Accepts Role as
Honorary President of the Trust

The Trust is delighted to announce that City legend Tom Webb has accepted the offer to become the Honorary President of the Gloucester City Supporters Trust. The decision to offer the role to Tom was a unanimous decision of the Trust Board - who better to fill the role than the man who for many years was the relentless heartbeat of his Gloucester City teams and a tireless ambassador for the club on and off the pitch?

New Trust Honorary President Tom Webb said:

I’m very happy to have been made Honorary President of the Supporters Trust and look forward to playing a small part to helping the club grow and move forwards. The Trust has done and continues to do important work to help the club on and off the pitch with some exciting things in the pipeline too. I would encourage as many supporters as possible to become members."

Since progressing from the club's youth set-up to make his first team debut in 2001 Tom went on to captain the side, winning player of the season awards, and made a club record 719 appearances over   19 seasons of loyal unbroken service.
